We are looking for sponsorships for our 2010 season and we are asking our Irvine PONY families to get involved. If you know of someone (family, employer, friends, relatives, etc.) that has a business and would like to sponsor our league, we would like to hear from you! We have several options that will fit in anyone’s budget. If you provide us with a sponsor, our league will pay you a $50 referral fee. Think of it, with the already reduced registration fees, your player can be playing for as little as $25 - $95 depending on their division. It's that easy! **All packages are valid for one year and will include an opportunity for you to put a flyer or coupon in our team packets. These will be given out to approximately 1,200 players and their families. Sponsor will be responsible for supplying the flyers or coupons to Irvine PONY.
Scholarship – Irvine PONY Baseball will award scholarships to high school seniors who have given back to our organization as a volunteer or who participated as a player for a minimum of five regular spring seasons. Our scholarship fund also helps ease the financial burden for families whose child(ren) would otherwise be unable to play due to financial hardship.
Champions League – This new division will officially be a part of Irvine PONY for the 2010 season. It was developed by PONY to help the children with special needs as they pursue their dreams of team sports in one of America's favorite pastimes.
Yearbook- This gives you the chance to put your business out there for the players and their parents to see throughout the year.
Raffle- This is your opportunity to donate items for Opening Day, our Irvine Memorial Day Tournament and Home Run Derby. Gift Certificates, T-shirts, electronic items, sporting goods, video games, gift baskets. The sky is the limit for a very good cause!
Booth Space- Opening Day and the Irvine Memorial Day Tournament are all-day events with the players and their family and friends walking throughout the park. You may have a booth space to advertise any way you like. (No food items can be given away).
· Over 250,000 people come to Harvard Park each year! Your banner on any of our fields will allow
great exposure for your company!
· Our league’s website draws over 4.2 million visits annually which will provide your business
visibility to the local community and surrounding areas.
· Sponsoring our league is an effective marketing tool which demonstrates your commitment to the children in our community.
